1. THE BEGINNING

LockAndOpen was founded Two students in a master's program decided that theoretical learning wasn't enough. We wanted to build real solutions.

It started with a question.

We started building — from scratch No funding. No team. Just our own earnings, a server, and a relentless drive to ship. We built everything ourselves — development, design, deployment.

Every line of code was ours.

3. FIRST PRODUCT

PicStream launched Our first product — a smart bulk image downloader. It proved we could identify a real problem and deliver a working solution.

The first lock, opened.

4. THE LEAP

Scholar Suite launched After deep research into academic workflows, we built an AI-powered research platform. From literature review to publication — all in one place.

5. MARKET FIT

Strategic Adoption Professional builders, researchers, and creators recognized the leverage of our tools. Adoption scaled as our software became integral to high-stakes workflows.
